CX Hero is sold as a managed SaaS subscription, priced per portal. The tier a deployment sits on is determined by the number of portals deployed across the client's estate. All portals for a single client are covered by one contract, invoiced at the per-portal monthly rate for the applicable tier. Portal hardware is sold separately at £2,499 per unit. Prices exclude VAT.

Open the doors. Put CX Hero on public-facing web journeys for campaigns, launches, venues, or services where demand may arrive at the same time. Includes 50 CCU, unlimited queueing, 4K streaming, branded splash and loading screens, and security controls.

Embedded

Put it inside your app. Embed CX Hero into an existing iOS or Android application with the same Digital Human, knowledge, and Actions. Quoted on request because authentication, release process, app architecture, and integration depth vary.

CX Hero Portal at £2,499 per unit.

The CX Hero Portal is required for every CX Hero subscription and is sold separately as a one-off hardware purchase. Portal count determines the subscription tier: 1–3 Essential, 4–10 Professional, 11–30 Max, 31+ Enterprise (Bespoke).

Annual pricing is per portal. Multiply by your portal count for the total annual commitment. Example: 7-portal Professional annual = £264,600/year.

Interaction overages

Clean per-interaction rates beyond the included quota.

Each subscription tier includes a monthly interaction allowance. An interaction is defined as 1 user question to CX Hero and 1 response back from CX Hero. If a deployment exceeds its allowance, additional interactions are charged at the tier's per-interaction rate.

  • Essential: £0.010 per interaction beyond 25,000 per portal per month
  • Professional: £0.008 per interaction beyond 125,000 per portal per month
  • Max: £0.005 per interaction beyond 250,000 per portal per month
  • Enterprise: overage rates negotiated as part of the engagement

Total included interactions = per-portal allowance × portal count. Example: a 3-portal Essential deployment includes 75,000 interactions per month. Interactions beyond 75,000 are charged at £0.010 each.
