The CX Hero Portal is required for every CX Hero subscription and is sold separately as a one-off hardware purchase. Essential and Professional follow a simple rule: 1 Portal = 1 subscription. Enterprise deployments are scoped around the number of locations and Portals required.

Interaction overages

Clean per-interaction rates beyond the included quota.

Each subscription tier includes a monthly interaction allowance. An interaction is defined as 1 user question to CX Hero and 1 response back from CX Hero. If a deployment exceeds its allowance, additional interactions are charged at the tier's per-interaction rate.
